From Your Bench to Breakthrough in 3 Simple Steps

We have meticulously designed our ExpressoSeq service to be the most efficient and user-friendly analysis pipeline on the market. We handle everything from sample processing to the complex bioinformatics, so you can focus on the science. Simply perform your experiment, isolate high-quality total RNA and you are ready to go:

• Step 1
  Fill out our simple online form. providing the essential details for your experiment: the species, a list of your samples, their corresponding group assignments, and how you would like to receive your results. We will then email you a personalized Sequencing Order PDF, which is your formal contract. To confirm and activate your project, print and sign the contract, and send it to us in the same package as your samples.
• Step 2
  To ensure sample integrity, mix 1-2 µg of your isolated total RNA with one of our supported stabilization buffers. Your samples are now protected for several days at room temperature. Please see our detailed guide for a full list of compatible buffers and specific recommendations.
• Step 3
  Thanks to the stabilization buffer, you can ship your samples to our lab in Austria at room temperature in a simple padded envelope or small box—no costly dry ice required. We recommend using an overnight courier to ensure a speedy delivery. For detailed instructions, please see our Shipping Guide.

Once your samples arrive, we take care of everything. We check your samples, perform high-throughput sequencing, and run your data through our optimized analysis pipeline. With a typical turnaround time of just 5-6 business days, your comprehensive results package will be ready. We provide you with everything you need to move forward with your research, from raw data to presentation-quality figures.

Your ExpressoSeq results package is delivered via a secure download from cloud-based servers and is designed for immediate use, whether you’re preparing a manuscript, applying for a grant, or planning your next experiment. The package includes:
